Mr. Cliff Ip
Director

Mr. Cliff Ip is Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer of Wings Securities, an investment banking platform established by the Wu family in Hong Kong (the previous controlling shareholder of Wing Lung Bank). 

Prior to his role in Wings Securities, Mr. Ip was previously Executive Director of Investment Banking Division of JPMorgan Hong Kong. Prior to that, Mr. Ip worked at Credit Suisse Hong Kong Investment Banking Division, PricewaterhouseCoopers and Arthur Andersen.  Mr. Ip was also Divisional President of CPA Australia Greater China in 2024.

Mr. Ip has around 25 years of experience in investment banking, family office and auditing. He is a Fellow Certified Public Accountant (FCPA) and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and holds HKSFC Type 1, 4 & 6 responsible officer licenses.

Mr. Ip holds a Bachelor of Business and Administration degree from the University of Hong Kong, and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
