Mr. Dannis Lee is Founder and Managing Director of DLK Advisory Limited (“DLK”), a Hong Kong investor relations advisory and business consulting firm. Leveraging on his 30 years of experience in accounting, auditing and capital markets, Mr. Lee has successfully led DLK in assisting many public and private companies in their strategic planning and executions including IPO, strategic alliances with institutional investors and industry leaders, asset injection, corporate financing and enhancement of business operations.

Mr. Lee is a veteran with a wide spectrum of solid executive, industry and corporate governance experiences in numerous listed companies.  One of the most notable and longest tenure was with Geely Automobile (175.HK), as its independent non-executive director for nearly twenty years.  He is currently an independent non-executive director of Luen Thai Holdings (311.HK), Tiangong International (826.HK), CMBC Capital Holdings (1141.HK), Cathy Media Education Group (1981.HK) and C&D Property Management Group (2156.HK).

Mr. Lee holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas A & M University, the USA. He is an associate member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
