Mr. Sammy Hsieh is Co-Founder and Director of iClick Interactive Asia Group Limited (ICLK US) (“iClick”), an online marketing and enterprise data solution provider listed on NASDAQ. Mr. Hsieh also served as iClick’s CEO between 2009 to 2019.

Since 2021, Mr. Hsieh has also been an independent director of two NYSE listed companies which includes Magnum Opus Acquisition Limited (OPA US) investing in companies in consumer, technology and media sectors in Asia, and Black Spade Acquisition Limited (BSAQ US) investing in entertainment industry.  In 2008-2009, Mr. Hsieh was General Manager of Efficient Frontier.  In 2000-2008, Mr. Hsieh was Director, Search Marketing of Yahoo Hong Kong. He also held various senior sales & marketing positions in LVMH Group and British Amercian Tobacco.

Mr. Hsieh holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles in the United States.
