Mile Green’s New Strategic Investment in Cornerstone Technologies 
Fuels Expansion of EV Ecosystems across Asia

Hong Kong, Hong Kong SAR– November 24, 2025 Mile Green Co. Limited (“Mile Green”), a holistic green energy solutions provider, announced it has entered into a Subscription Agreement on Nov 18th with Cornerstone Technologies Holdings Limited (Stock code: 8391.HK) to subscribe for new shares issued under Cornerstone’s general mandate. The investment strengthens the longstanding collaboration between Mile Green, Cornerstone Technologies, and Cornerstone’s affiliated company Spark EV, reinforcing Mile Green’s vision to advance an integrated EV and clean-mobility ecosystem across Hong Kong and Southeast Asia.

 

Under the agreement, Mile Green becomes a new strategic shareholder of Cornerstone Technologies. Cornerstone, Hong Kong’s leading EV charging solutions provider, intends to utilize the proceeds as general working capital to support the continued expansion of its charging network and related services.

 

Deepening Commitment to Asia’s EV Transition

Mile Green and Spark EV have recently accelerated Thailand’s two-wheeler EV market by launching the country’s first public fast-charging ecosystem for e-motorcycles, deploying Thailand’s fastest-charging technology, and expanding charging coverage across Spark EV’s network. Synergizing with the collaborative effort to build the next generation of sustainable daily mobility, Mile Green unveiled three new e-motorcycle models, powered by Vmoto, designed for Thailand’s fast-charging consumer landscape.

Mile Green’s investment in Cornerstone adds strategic alignment to scale proven models and co-develop new ones across Asia’s fast-growing EV markets.
