Mr. Dannis Lee is Founder and Managing Director of DLK Advisory Limited (“DLK”), an investor relations advisory and business consulting firm, offering services including strategic planning and executions including IPO, strategic alliances with institutional investors and industry leaders, asset injection, corporate financing and enhancement of business operations.

Mr. Lee is a veteran with a wide spectrum of solid executive, industry and corporate governance experiences in numerous listed companies.  One of the most notable and longest tenure was with Geely Automobile (175.HK), as its independent non-executive director for nearly 20 years.  He is currently an Independent Non-Executive Director of numerous renowned listed companies in Hong Kong. Mr. Lee has over 30 years of finance and accounting experience.

 

Mr. Lee holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas A & M University, the USA. He is an associate member of the Hong Kong Institute of CPAs and a member of the American Institute of CPAs.
