Ms. Gigi Chan
Co-Founder & Non-Executive Director

Ms. Gigi Chan is Founder & CEO of Wonder Capital, and Co-Founder of Mile Green.  She is also currently an Independent Non-Executive Director of ZhongAn Online P & C Insurance Co Ltd (6060.HK).

In 2011-2017, Ms. Chan was COO & Head of Asia Pacific of Janus Capital Group and Head of Greater China of Janus Henderson Investors Group after the merger of the two groups and served as a member of Global Operating Committee and Global Risk Committee. She was also an executive member of Hong Kong Investment Funds Association in 2014-2017.  In 2005-2011, Ms. Chan was CFO, Asia ex-Japan of AllianceBernstein.  Prior to that, she worked at the Hong Kong Exchanges and Arthur Andersen.

Ms. Chan is Co-President of International Finance & Economic Association and a member of Hong Kong Institute of CPAs.  She holds HKSFC Type 1, 4 & 9 responsible officer licenses.

Ms. Chan holds an Executive MBA from the University of Oxford, a Master of Economics from the University of Hong Kong and a BBA (Accounting) from the Hong Kong University of Science & Technology.  She has over 25 years of financial industry experience.
