Hong Kong, Hong Kong SAR– September 10, 2025  Mile Green Co., Ltd (“Mile Green”), a holistic clean energy solutions provider and EV innovation brand headquartered in Hong Kong and Thailand, has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Spark EV Company Limited (“Spark EV”), an affiliated company of Cornerstone Technologies Holdings Limited (Stock code: 8391.HK). The partnership will provide comprehensive charging solutions to support the fast-growing electric motorcycle (“e-motorcycle”) market in Thailand.

This cooperation marks an important milestone for Mile Green as it continues to expand its EV ecosystem and drive innovation in Southeast Asia. By joining forces with Spark EV, one of Thailand’s leading charging network operators, Mile Green strengthens its foothold in the region and taking a significant step toward realizing its vision of sustainable and inclusive mobility.

 

At present, Spark EV operates more than 70 stations and 200 charging points in Thailand, with plans to expand to 250 stations and 700 charging points by the end of this year. Through this collaboration, Spark EV will integrate dedicated e-motorcycle charging points into its existing network, while Mile Green will contribute its advanced battery technology and innovative charging solutions to create a seamless, unified, and user-friendly charging platform.

 

In the next phase, Mile Green and Spark EV will work together on the integration of hardware and software systems, building an easy-to-operate, efficient, and one-stop platform designed to upgrade the user experience and accelerate EV adoption across Thailand.

With 87% of Thai households owning motorcycles (Pew Research Center) and e-motorcycle registrations surging by more than 250% year-on-year in 2023 (EVAT), the demand for charging infrastructure has never been stronger. This cooperation positions Mile Green to tap into this tremendous growth opportunity and help lead the transition toward clean transportation.
