Ms. Ferheen Mahomed

Ms. Ferheen Mahomed is Founder and CEO of C&TM Limited, an independent consultant company providing business consultancy services to corporates and family office in transaction management and situations management

In 2017-2020, Ms. Mahomed was Group General Counsel and a member of Management Committee of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (“HKEX”). Ms. Mahomed was instrumental in all acquisitions by HKEX and all its strategic developments and Fintech initiatives.  In 2014-2017, Ms. Mahomed was Executive Vice President of Pacific Century Group where she focus on mergers and acquisitions and strategic developments of the group companies including but not limited to PCCW, HKT, PCPD, PCRD, FWD, Pinebridge on a global basis. Prior to that, Ms. Mahomed was General Counsel of CLSA Asia Pacific and Asia Pacific General Counsel of Societe Generale. 

 

Ms. Mahomed is a qualified lawyer in both Hong Kong and United Kingdom.

Ms. Mahomed holds a Bachelor of Civil Law Degree from Oxford and is a law graduate from the University of Hong Kong and Rhodes Scholar to St. John’s College Oxford.
