This program allows registered riders to own a ZEEGO BIKE2 vehicle with a small down payment and a 36-month lease, at a cost lower than gasoline expenses. Moreover, the ZEEGO BIKE2 offers significantly better performance compared to a standard gasoline bike. By participating in this program, riders also contribute to reducing their carbon footprint and promoting a cleaner environment.

    The ZEEGO BIKE2 is an advanced electric bike featuring a powerful 7000W motor, a long battery life, and a sleek, modern design. The ZEEGO BIKE2 is equipped with a patented battery-swapping system, allowing for quick and convenient battery changes without the need for lengthy charging times. With a top speed of 100 km/h and a maximum driving range of 150 km with two batteries, it’s ideal for both high-performance enthusiasts and delivery drivers.   • Who is eligible to enrol in the ZEEGO BIKE2 Own & Earn Program?
    If you are a full-time registered rider for Mile Green's approved delivery service platform providers, or if you are committed to the Earn & Own program and can meet the vehicle payment requirements, you are welcome to enrol.
  • If I enrol in the program but want a different bike, can I cancel or exchange it?
    There will be designated days organized by Mile Green for riders to test drive the ZEEGO BIKE2, examine it, and ask questions. However, once the bike has been ridden or operated, no exchange or refund can be arranged.
  • Can I terminate the contract for the Earn & Own program with Mile Green before the 36-month lease ends? Is there a notice period?
    Yes, riders have the option to terminate the contract of the Own & Earn Program immediately, provided they fulfill all the requirements outlined in the Termination Rights clause of the "Key Terms of Service Contract.”
  • Can I change any parts of the bike or modify the exterior, like a paint job or adding stickers?
    Any modifications to the factory settings of the ZEEGO BIKE2 may void the service and maintenance coverage provided by the approved servicing company. The extent of the modifications will determine the impact on coverage. Mile Green and the approved servicing company reserve the right to exclude coverage if the modifications are irreversible.
  • Does my ZEEGO BIKE2 come with warranty coverage for service and maintenance?
    Yes, the ZEEGO BIKE2 warranty lasts for 3 years or 30,000 km, whichever comes first. The battery is also covered under warranty for 3 years, both subject to the “Service & Maintenance Terms & Conditions”.
  • What is covered under the service and maintenance warranty?
    The ZEEGO BIKE2 warranty provides comprehensive coverage for the bike and its batteries included in the program. However, the warranty excludes damages resulting from misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, use of non-original parts, improper maintenance, natural disasters, and theft. Always keep the purchase receipt or tax invoice as proof to validate the warranty.
  • What does the maintenance check for my ZEEGO BIKE2 include?
    The maintenance coverage for the ZEEGO BIKE2 includes comprehensive checks of circuits, cables, brake fluid levels, shock absorbers, brake pads, tire pressure and wear, and steering adjustments. The first service at 1,000 km is free, with subsequent services every 10,000 km up to 70,000 km costing HKD 600 each. Additional service items are available upon request and quoted accordingly. For details, refer to the “Service & Maintenance Terms & Conditions”.
  • Can I get my ZEEGO BIKE2 repaired somewhere else besides the approved serving company?
    If the rider decides to have any repair or maintenance work done on their ZEEGO BIKE2 by a servicing company other than the approved serving company, the warranty coverage for service and maintenance from the approved serving company may be voided. The approved serving company reserves the right to determine if they will continue to provide service and maintenance after examining the bike for any third-party alterations or replacements.
  • Is towing service available, and what are the associated costs?
    Yes, towing service is available 24 hours a day, provided by The approved serving company. Riders are responsible for covering the towing costs.
